This privacy policy explains how Fulham Stadium Limited ("FSL") uses personal data that you provide to us or which we collect and hold about you when you use or interact with our website at www.fulhampier.com (the “Website”). FSL is part of the Fulham Group, which includes Fulham Football Club Limited (the “Club”) and the Fulham Football Club Foundation (the “Foundation”). FSL is the data controller of any information gathered about you for the purposes of this policy.

What data do we collect?

Whilst the Website is primarily intended to provide useful information about Fulham Pier, as the Fulham Pier development progresses we may collect and hold the following types of data about you through the Website:

Account information: If you register to open an account through the Website, we may ask you to provide your name, email address, country of residence, telephone number, and year of birth. We may also ask you for additional information depending on the nature of our interaction with you.

Survey information: We may occasionally contact you to ask for feedback on any of our goods or services so we can make them better and more relevant.

Online information: We may hold and use information and/or user generated content which you post on the Website and other websites within the Fulham Group, including information about your IP address, location and click history. We may collect your browser type, the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), information about clickstreams to, through and from the Website (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page.

Other information: We may use publicly available postal address lists and the edited electoral roll to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate or we may use this information, together with general market research information (for example, demographic information), to add to and enhance our database.

Personal Data: From time to time we may collect special categories of personal data about you. This may include (but may not be limited to) data which reveals your racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs. We may collect this type of information to better understand our customer base, identify ways to improve our communication with you and maintain the Fulham Group’s commitment to equality and diversity.

You can opt out of FSL processing any special categories of personal data at any time by notifying our Senior Information Officer.

How do we collect your data?

We may collect and process data about you in the following ways:

  • When you register online with FSL or complete any survey or form through the Website;
  • Where you use or view the Website via your browser’s cookies; and
  • Where you have consented to receive marketing from us or in relation to Fulham Pier.

We will only process your data when we have a legal basis to do so and that will include:

  • To allow us to enter into and/or perform a contract with you;
  • To enable us to comply with a legal obligation;
  • To pursue legitimate interests of our own or those of the Fulham Group (always provided that your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests); and/or
  • With your consent.

We will not carry out any automated decision-making using information we hold about you.

How will we use your data?

We may hold, process and use your data in the following ways:

Fulham Group: Information held by FSL may be shared with other companies within the Fulham Group. Where you have consented to marketing, this may include providing members of the Fulham Group with your personal information so they can contact you about their products and services.

Partners: FSL, the Club have a number of commercial sponsors and partners (“Partners”). Whilst the full list of our Partners will change from time-to-time, we maintain a full and up to date list of our Partners on the official Club website at www.fulhamfc.com. Although we will not share your personal data with our Partners, we may

  • share aggregated and/or anonymised information about you, both within the Fulham Group and with our Partners; and
  • if you have consented to marketing, send you information about products and services offered by the Club, the Foundation or our Partners.

Suppliers: FSL may share your information with its suppliers and sub-contractors from time-to-time in order that they can process it on our behalf for the purposes set out in this policy. These third parties may include (but may not be limited to): (i) call centre providers; (ii) IT service providers (such as hosting providers); (iii) mailing houses or document storage companies; (iv) delivery services; (v) analytics, marketing services (including surveys) and search engine providers; (vi) credit reference agencies; and/or (vii) payment processing companies. Where we do so we will put in place suitable measures in order to protect your information.

Disclosures for legal reasons: FSL may also disclose the information we holds about you to those persons that have a reasonable need to know such information, if we believes in good faith that this is necessary: (i) to establish, exercise or enforce our legal rights; (ii) to defend ourselves against a legal claim; (iii) to report or prevent a crime; (iv) to prevent harm to any individual or any property; or (iv) to prevent fraud.

For the avoidance of doubt, we will not transfer your data outside the EEA.

How will we store your data?

We will ensure that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of personal data, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We regularly perform testing of these procedures and have an appropriate information recovery and data breach. We will keep your data only for as long as necessary in accordance with this policy and so that we can comply with our legal obligations in relation to data retention.

What are your data protection rights?

Every user of the Website is entitled to:

  • ask us not to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
  • request access to personal information held about you and a copy of it;
  • obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data or the erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances;
  • restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances rather than having it erased;
  • object to the processing of, personal data in certain circumstances;
  • receive personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;

  • lodge a complaint about the way in which your personal data is being used by us, to a supervisory authority.

We will keep this policy under regular review and will post any material changes to the policy from time to time on the Website, such that the Website contains at all material times an up-to-date version of this policy. This policy was last updated in September 2024.
